“Jeff is really patient. I'm really glad I switched to their company's POS machine. It's so convenient! Our customers have also told me they really like this technology because it's so user-friendly. Whenever I have any questions, Jeff is always very patient with me answering them. So I think I'll recommend their company to people around me.”

Even though a clitch here and there, it was all taken care of by Brain and his tech support team. Now we are able to do cash, credit or debit card transactions and print out our customer a receipt straight from each of our Taxi Vehicles.”

Today we are contacting our bank to ensure no more fees are being deducted!!! Over a year ago we had to open a new business checking account and to change everything over to our new account. What a nightmare!!!! They couldn’t get it right but yet we were still being charged fees!!!! They kept blaming Clover and told me to contact clover!!! I didn’t go thru clover I went thru Slice!!!!Do not recommend!!! My suggestion would be if you are using the Clover System to contact clover directly and deal with them. Do not use a third party service especially slice!!!!! I finally yesterday had time to write a letter the the New Jersey Attorney General Office. We are with Clover directly now. After all the issues we had Slice still wants to hold us to the equipment lease which ends this coming April. Well guess what that’s not going to happen. You guys screwed up and kept blowing blame everywhere. Slice did not hold up to anything!!! Also I have spoken to Supervisor by the name of Ann Marie who said she was going to get with the appropriate people to end contract and lease agreement do to all the issues all she did was give me the runaround. My salesman Matt Move all he did was pass the buck!!! Oh! To add additional note Anne Marie has even told me that Clover is the worst company to deal with to get issues resolved!!! Hmmm, maybe because you’re a 3rd party company! I am now dealing with Clover directly and have had now issues. The issues are with you guys!!!You guys told me to call clover and clover tells me to call you because I went through you!!!!! Stop playing games and take care of your customers!!!”
